HOW DO I WORK WITH THE WHEEL OF LIFE?

Check all parts of the wheel of life and indicate how happy you are with each aspect of your life at this moment.

Give each aspect of your life on the wheel a mark from 0 to 10. Often there is at least one aspect where improvement is possible.

You will work on the aspects that you want to improve by using the Changing Behaviour Patterns PDF on day 2.

Choose 3 aspects of your life on the wheel that you would most like to change. These are most likely going to be the ones with the lowest marks.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness exercise of the day

Breathing

Pay close attention to your breathing:

1. Breathe in
2. Smile
3. Breathe out
4. Relax

Keep doing this for 30 seconds and then repeat for another 30 seconds.

This exercise calms your mind and allows the energy to sink back into your body. Smile and if you have difficulties feeling happy or smiling, it may help to think of someone or something (or an animal) that you love.
